Purchasing BRAD
Select software, modules, hosting, and domains; complete checkout and confirm fulfillment.
The product and checkout screens show the available editions, modules, billing cycles, and hosting choices. Use the prices and terms shown for your actual selection; an example in documentation is not a price quote.
Build your purchase
- Open Get Started or the relevant software or hosting product.
- Choose the software edition and the modules required for your business.
- Select compatible hosting if BRAD will deploy the CMS for you. Choose license-only if you will provide the server.
- Choose an existing domain, a new registration, or a transfer where offered.
- Review the cart, including each item's billing cycle, configuration, domain, and recurring cost.
Check dependencies before removing a module from your selection. A module may use services supplied by another module; see module planning.
Choose the domain carefully
For an existing domain, you must be able to edit its DNS. Registering or transferring a domain is a different action from pointing an existing domain at a new server. A transfer can require authorization from the current registrar and will not necessarily finish when the software is deployed.
If the CMS will use a subdomain, record the full hostname. example.com and app.example.com are different installation addresses for licensing purposes.
Complete checkout
Checkout includes an account step before card payment. Sign in to an existing portal account or complete the registration and email verification flow shown on the page. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, complete that challenge too.
Confirm the account email and billing information. For a purchase containing a domain, review and accept the Domain Registration Agreement. Complete the card payment form and wait for the result.
If the page says your payment was received but the order is still being finalized, open the portal and check your services and invoices before paying again. Contact support with the payment time and account email if fulfillment does not appear.
Confirm what was created
In Services, check for the software license and any hosting services you purchased. Open the license service to see the issued key, enabled modules, and available downloads. Check Domains for registrations or transfers and Invoices for payment status.
Payment, hosting provisioning, domain registration, and application deployment are separate stages. An invoice can be paid while infrastructure work is pending or has failed. A deployment error does not by itself mean the payment was reversed.
Next step
Use the hosted quickstart for a hosted bundle, or the installation guide for your own server. Keep the portal account accessible: it is where you manage renewals, retrieve releases, and request support.
