Account Access and Security
Register, sign in, maintain contact details, and protect portal and CMS access.
Your portal account owns your BRAD purchases. Use an email address you can reliably receive messages at, especially verification codes and recovery emails.
Register and sign in
Open Sign In, or use the account step in checkout. Follow the email-based flow shown on the page. New accounts must complete registration and email verification; returning users complete the available sign-in method and any two-factor challenge.
If a verification or recovery message does not arrive, check the address and spam folder, then use the resend control when available. Avoid opening multiple concurrent verification attempts, which can make it unclear which code is current. Contact support if access remains blocked.
Update account information
Open Profile to review the account's contact and billing information. Save corrections and confirm that they appear after refreshing. Accurate details help support identify the account and keep billing records useful.
Domain registrant details can have separate verification requirements. Changing a portal profile does not necessarily update or verify the registrant contact for every domain.
Configure security and preferences
Open Settings. Review the available security, notification, privacy, and appearance controls. Use a strong unique password and enroll in two-factor authentication if offered. Store recovery codes securely outside the device used for authentication.
Check notification preferences before disabling email you rely on for service management. Notification preferences do not settle invoices or cancel services.
Distinguish the three logins
| Login | Where it works | What it controls |
|---|---|---|
| BRAD portal | BRAD website | Orders, invoices, licenses, hosting, domains, and support |
| CMS administrator | Your CMS domain | That installation's settings, users, and business data |
| Hosting panel | Hosting provider's panel | Infrastructure and hosting resources allowed by your plan |
Change each credential in its own system. When a hosted deployment supplies an initial CMS password in Your CMS, change it in the CMS after signing in. Treat that displayed value as the deployment's initial credential, not a record that will track later password changes.
When you cannot sign in
Use the recovery options on the affected system's sign-in page. For portal problems, contact BRAD support with the account email and relevant purchase reference. For a self-hosted CMS that cannot send recovery mail, have your server administrator inspect its configured communication provider.
Never include passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, or API secrets in a support ticket.
