BRAD Documentation
Buy, install, configure, and manage BRAD: the customer portal, your CMS installation, and the platform office.
BRAD has two connected systems. The BRAD website and customer portal handle purchases, billing, licenses, hosting, domains, and support. BRAD CMS is the business application you install on your own domain, either on your infrastructure or with a hosted plan.
Use these guides to get the system running and keep it healthy. Detailed instructions for working inside CMS modules belong to the documentation in your installation.

Understand the accounts
Your portal account lives on the BRAD website. It owns purchases and services. Your CMS account lives on your installation and controls that organization's users and business data. Hosting control-panel credentials, when provided, are a third set of credentials.
These accounts have different purposes. Changing your portal password does not change your CMS password. A portal administrator manages billing and licenses; a CMS administrator manages an individual installation.
Find detailed CMS help
Once installed, open Documentation in the CMS administration area, or visit /admin/docs on your own domain. Public documentation is available at /docs on that domain. Availability depends on the documentation shipped with your enabled modules and your access permissions.
For example, the public BRAD docs explain how to activate the auction module and prepare its infrastructure. Your CMS documentation explains how to create an auction, manage bidders, or clerk a sale.
Follow a complete setup path
- Choose the license, modules, and hosting arrangement that fit your organization.
- Complete checkout and confirm your service and license in the portal.
- Deploy or install the CMS on its intended domain.
- Configure identity, mail, storage, access, and any payment integrations.
- Test the installation, create a backup, and establish a maintenance routine.
The launch checklist brings these steps together before you invite your team.
