Questions about the Marketing module?

A few details to help you plan how this module fits your business.

Which campaign channels can send today?

SMS has real, paced delivery through BRAD's configured communication provider, with scheduling and dry-run support. Marketing email sending is not implemented yet. Social platform adapters currently prepare content for manual publishing rather than posting through platform APIs.

Can we test an SMS campaign without sending texts?

Yes. Communication-provider dry-run settings determine whether the SMS pipeline sends real messages. The blast UI displays the resolved mode and recipient progress. Set up and verify your provider configuration before a live send.

Can contacts come from our existing BRAD users?

Yes. The module synchronizes user records into marketing contacts and also supports CSV import and export, tags, opt-in fields, and audience lists.
